Yin Yoga
— 50h —
Listening to yourself, relaxation, meditation, letting go, muscular and cerebral relaxation are the key words of what constitutes Yin Yoga. Through our training, we invite you on the journey of transformation through introspective work, while understanding the anatomical issues of the practice and the influence that Traditional Chinese Medicine brings to us. This training is made for you whether you wish to teach this practice or simply learn more about this type of yoga and deepen your practice.
