Order
I would like to place an order on the site, how do I do it?
- Create your account or log in at the top right of the home page.
- Select your items as you browse the site and add them to your basket.
- Validate your basket
- Indicate your delivery address or choose the Click & Collect option
- Confirm and pay for your order
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.
To follow the progress of your order at any time, go to your account in the “my orders” section.
In this section, you will find the details of your orders and you will be able to print your invoices.
I would like to track my order, how do I do it?
To track an order placed on our site, nothing could be simpler, simply enter the email used for the order as well as the postal code of the delivery address by clicking here .
Delivery
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier, as an indication here are the times:
METROPOLITAN FRANCE:
- Chronopost: 24h to 36h
- Colissimo: 2 to 5 working days
EUROPE: 1 to 10 days
INTERNATIONAL (outside Europe) AND DOM-TOM: 5 to 20 days
How much is shipping ?
Here are the different delivery methods we offer:
Metropolitan France :
- Colissimo : Standard delivery payable by the customer (€8) and free from 100€ purchase. The average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination.
- Chronopost : Delivery at the customer's expense (10€ for packages weighing less than 10kg, 20€ for packages weighing more than 10kg) for express delivery within 24-36 hours.
Europe:
- Chronopost : Standard delivery payable by the customer (10€) and free from 100€ of purchase. The average delivery time is 1 to 4 days depending on the destination.
- UPS : Delivery at the customer's expense (15€ for packages weighing less than 5kg, 30€ for packages weighing more than 5kg).
DOM TOM :
- Colissimo DOM-TOM : Delivery at the customer's expense (20€) and free from 350€ of purchase.
United Kingdom :
- UPS: Delivery at the customer's expense (35€) and free from 350€ of purchase.
Rest of the world :
- Colissimo : Delivery at the customer's expense (35€) and free from 500€ of purchase.
- UPS : Delivery at the customer's expense (50€)
The status of my delivery has not changed for several days, what should I do?
If you have any doubts about the progress of the delivery of your order, do not hesitate to write to us by email at sales@yuj.fr specifying your order/tracking number.

I received an email to tell me that my package was delivered but I haven't received anything, what should I do?
We know from experience that sometimes carriers notify the package as "delivered" but don't actually deliver it until the next day or within a few days.
Also remember to check directly on the carrier's website with your tracking number if your package has not been delivered to a collection point.
If your order is notified as delivered more than 4 days ago and not left at a collection point, we invite you to contact us by email at sales@yuj.fr, specifying your order number.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders placed on our e-shop are shipped from Monday to Friday as follows:
- Orders placed before noon (French time) are shipped the same day
- Orders placed after midday (French time) are shipped the next day
- Orders placed between Friday at noon and Sunday evening are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
A notification of dispatch of your order is sent to you the evening of the day your package was entrusted to the carrier.
These deadlines are respected for the majority of the year, however during periods of high logistics activity (Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day, sales, etc.) these deadlines may be extended.

Returns and exchanges
I would like to return an item from my order because it does not suit me, what should I do?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return and request an exchange, a credit or a refund.
EXCEPT FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT SALE AND SECOND HAND WHICH ARE NEITHER EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The costs related to the return of the Items will be reimbursed by YUJ in the only cases where the Item delivered is different from that which was ordered or if the Item is damaged (photos will be necessary to support your request).
No returns will be accepted if the Item has been worn and washed.
The Items must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging (plastic pouch - carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged packaging), accompanied by the label on the garment and the protective film.
Any return unfit for resale (damaged, damaged, used or soiled by the Customer) will be rejected and YUJ will be released from all liability.
Once your return is received and accepted, the refund will be made within 72 hours (maximum 10 days). The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order: you will be credited for the sum of the items returned and if you return all of the items in your order.
Please note, items purchased on Sales/Promotions/Outlet cannot be refunded. A credit or exchange will be offered.
Second Hand items and items purchased at a Clearance Sale are neither returned nor exchanged.
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Procedure for making a return:
1/ Go to the following link to start your return: I begin my return
2/ Put the items to be returned in their packaging
3/ Place the items and the return slip (generated from step 1) in a box (or the original packaging received) then close it.
4/ Return your order to the following address by the means of transport of your choice. Return costs are your responsibility.

Can I get a refund for my item if I return it?
Once we have received your return, we will contact you by telephone or email within 7 days.
Depending on the items returned we will offer you an exchange, a credit or a refund.
Exchanges are made within the limits of stocks available at the time of validation of receipt of the return.
ATTENTION :
- Items purchased on Sales/Promotions/Outlet do not entitle you to a refund in the event of a return. An exchange or credit will be offered to you.
- Second hand items purchased at clearance sales are neither returned nor exchanged .
- Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
I made a return but I have not heard from customer service, what should I do?
In the event that no member of our team has contacted you within 7 days following receipt of your return, we invite you to contact us by email at sales@yuj.fr specifying the number of the initial order as well as the tracking number for your return package.
I received my package in poor condition, what should I do?
It sometimes happens that your package is damaged during transport, we apologize in advance if this concerns your order.

The item I received has a defect or is damaged, what should I do?
Despite all the care we take with our creations through extremely rigorous quality control, it sometimes happens that certain items slip through the cracks of our net...
If the item you received has a defect, we invite you to contact us by email at sales@yuj.fr, attaching a photo of the defect and specifying your order number.
NB: please do not return your item to our logistician in the event of a defective one, our customer service will provide you with a dedicated address.
Payment
Are payments secure?
Purchases made on our e-shop use Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay solutions and 3D secure verification, all purchases are therefore secure.
With what payment methods can I pay on the e-shop?
To validate your purchase on our eshop you can pay:
- By bank card: VISA, Master Card, Carte Bleue, American Express and Maestro
