YUJ & Black Friday

At YUJ, we advocate a reasoned and above all responsible mode of consumption. This is why we have implemented a charter scrupulously respected at each stage of our creative process.

Each YUJ piece is designed and tested by our team of teachers in our studios before being approved and launched in production in Portugal, in our Oeko-Tex 100 and Global Recycle Standards certified factory (to find out more, see our charter ).

We produce in small quantities to avoid overstocking as much as possible and limit our environmental impact.

However, we have decided to maintain our participation in the Black Friday operation and like everything we do, we do it in full awareness and in complete transparency, we explain to you why we have made this decision while this commercial operation is increasingly controversial.

• This allows us to destock our little sleepers: even if each model is produced in limited quantities, we are never safe from a size or a model remaining in stock for too long. And since we are fans of LESS IS MORE, the less stock we have, the better we feel.
  
  

• Another point that is close to our hearts: to offer prices that are accessible to the majority of yogis. As you know, all our clothes are produced in a high quality of material and this quality at a significant cost for some. Operations like Black Friday allow us to introduce many of you to our collections.
  
  
  
• Black Friday is also a period when the footfall in our studios and stores is higher, and to cope with this, we need more hands. These reinforcements that we hire allow us to create jobs and in particular to give a chance to students looking for work experience.

Mindfulness is our mantra, and we hope to see you there for very low prices without compromise!
