YUJ METHOD
YUJFLOW© is a style of yoga that draws its roots from traditional yoga while being adapted to the needs of modern yogis. It focuses on postures and breathing techniques designed for those looking to calm their mind, free their body of tension and toxins, and channel positive energy.
The very essence of the practice can be summed up in its etymology:
YUJ Sanskrit root of the word yoga means union of body and mind and FLOW in psychology is a mental state achieved by a person when he is completely immersed in an activity, and is in a state of maximum concentration, full engagement and satisfaction in its accomplishment.
Music plays a central role in the YUJFLOW© practice. It plays an essential role on stress levels, because it provides tremendous calm, but it is also a motivation booster to challenge yourself.
CHENOT METHOD
Advanced Detox
The most popular program is Henri Chenot's fundamental program "Advanced Detox", which aims to deeply cleanse and detoxify the body . The natural processes of eliminating metabolic waste and toxins are stimulated, damaged tissues are repaired and hormonal balance is restored.
It is the interaction of these approaches that reveals all the preventive and regenerative effectiveness of the method. The care and the development of the nutritional plan are carried out under strict medical supervision.
The care plan includes:
- cellular resonance therapies,
- special Cupping massage techniques,
electrostimulation, - the application of essential oils,
- hydro-aromatherapy with plant extracts, mineral salts and water (at different temperatures and pressures),
- plant mud packets enriched with microalgae
- high-pressure revitalizing showers.
The program is personalized for each host and lasts one week.
CHENOT DIET®
Vegan detox meals concocted by chef, Ettore Moliteo, based on the principles of the Chenot Diet® to promote healthy aging.
The preparations use good fats and whole foods such as nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, legumes and soups, in line with the Mediterranean dietary approach.

During this unique experience, Hélène, founder of YUJ Paris and yoga teacher, will guide you every morning through a 1-hour yoga class inspired by her signature method: Flow.
